I began working out for my high school baseball team to get some extra strength and became addicted!
Why I Love It:
To develop a physique that inspires others to do the same! There's nothing better than to see someone working hard for something and you were able to help them ignite the spark.
How I Stay Motivated:
Any time you are not working someone else is; if you cut that last set short someone, somewhere didn't and now they're ahead of you.

I want to put on some size but maintain leanness as I begin to train others. At this point I am looking to help as many people as possible with the knowledge I have and will gain.

I like Whey because it gets to you the fastest making results happen! Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Julien Greaux is the absolute man...very ripped body but not too terribly big. You can tell he is a hard worker by seeing him in magazines etc.
