I began working out for my high school baseball team to get some extra strength and became addicted!
Why I Love It:
To develop a physique that inspires others to do the same! There's nothing better than to see someone working hard for something and you were able to help them ignite the spark.
How I Stay Motivated:
Any time you are not working someone else is; if you cut that last set short someone, somewhere didn't and now they're ahead of you.

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? .. I am good . I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days. how are ya ?
how are things for you . I am doing good lost nearly 20 lbs so far and am getting defined . new pics vids and fitness assessment up on 11/20 Comments welcome . getting AED/CPR certified this weekend as step one of CPT I will get ISSA but probably as the last of a list of them . I want it but the cost is very high for me financially now. I think I will start with ACE or NASM ....
