I hit a plateau around 145lbs and I didn't know what to do. A friend of mine gave me advice on what kinds of supplements I should be taking and changing up my diet a bit. An extra 15lbs slid off me within a matter of two months. :)

I find that since I found a role model that I would like to be like helps give me inspiration and motivation to push harder and reach my goals. My absolute favourites would have to be Dana Linn Bailey... LOVE that girl she's amazing, and Jamie Eason, another amazing person...
