Two years ago I started to diet, I got thin but I still unsatisfied with the results, well, then I found a magazine where all the girls had big muscles and great abs, that's when I decide to get into the bodybuilding world. Any help will be appreciated! ;-D

Monday-Wednesday-Friday: Total body workout (Stage 1)
week 4-6, every 4 workouts (mini-circuit,2 or 3 sets) 311 Tempo each. 10-12 reps. Heavier weights during this stage.

Hey Diana, Did I respond thanking you for checking in? I was looking at you progress photos. I know you are probably tired of hearing it but just keep up the training. I'm a slow gainer too. I've been weight training for 20 years now. Will I ever be in a contest? No, But I come from tall skinny stock so I'm happy about how I look. You should be too. Compare yourself to other women your age... Yeah, that's right, You're a hottie! Stay positive, the warm weathers coming!

Hey Diana, Yeah, the weathers been tough. I usually run ever other day outside but it has been painful this week. On the plus side I usually spend more time at the gym and gain muscle. I ran a 5K in newburyport on Thanksgiving (what a nice day!) I just have to stay away from the (Fatty)comfort food. You seem to be making some progress...
