The lads i used to train with became unrelaiable so because ive been trying to impove my training since dec i thought id make the effort to get back into mma. Forgot how intense the training was but loving it. How advanced are you with mma?

hey but u have made allot of progress on ur back so keep it up, I used to be exactly lk u, if u really want to make gains u gotta eat ur balls off remember BB is %65 correct nutrition and only %45 actually lifting u should have 2 scoops of that monster for breakfast and 2 scoops before u go to sleep (thats what ive been doing and I got 15 pounds in 1 and a half months
