hey i was looking into joining an mma gym. What kind of conditioning do you do bc right now ive just been running. What gym do you goto...I live in houston too. great progress you look really lean
The lads i used to train with became unrelaiable so because ive been trying to impove my training since dec i thought id make the effort to get back into mma. Forgot how intense the training was but loving it. How advanced are you with mma?
hey but u have made allot of progress on ur back so keep it up, I used to be exactly lk u, if u really want to make gains u gotta eat ur balls off
remember BB is %65 correct nutrition and only %45 actually lifting
u should have 2 scoops of that monster for breakfast and 2 scoops before u go to sleep (thats what ive been doing and I got 15 pounds in 1 and a half months
165 now, and please boy.....I mean I give u props on ur progress but ur back is nowhere even close to mine, my back is wider and thicker even when im not flexing
