If you might want some money to box or wrestle in a video in Hamilton, Ontario, please reply. Most of the fighters are inexperienced. We have various weights.

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
