hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
Armwrestling is not just strength, it is also technique. Plus you must have strength in all the right places, which is why I can beat people who are stronger than I am. Also, while I work my whole body some I mainly work my arms, shoulders, hands ect. which is why I am strong in those areas.
I've found a Greco-Roman club in my area, so classes start on Tues, can't wait. It's going to be a whole new ball game, but I'm really looking forward to the challenge. How's your training going?
