Pretty simple, it gets addictive, the hit of endorphins and feelings like you just accomplished something, how can you not be motivated!?

Managed not to completely cripple my body while working at a job where sitting 10 - 16 hours a day on my ass is the main activity!

about 5 months into actually going to the gym Front relaxed - 2 months after new program
About 4 month into working out, twice per week, before going into a 3 days a week cycle.
at 220lbs now, tried to do a clean bulk, with moderate success. Doing a 6 day split workout routine with 2 days rest, thus an 8 day cycle now.
