Background

When I Started: Nov 1994
HOW I STARTED:

I watched movies starring Arnold and wanted be big ever since. Got my first 20 LB barbell when i was 8 years old and have been reppin weight from then on.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel GREAT! Mentally, physically, and overall.

FinishingStrong Thanks man. Usually a circuit, 3-4 sets, lower, obliques, upper movements, only resting long enough to catch my breath. Carb cycling works great for me. Cardio ~3-4 times a week ate the fat up. Aug 5, 2010 5:02am

Jared_blanke cheers mate, yea definitaly agree that injuries are the worst. Mine was from over extending the joint while i was playing Rugby League. I've done it about 3 times before so time to give up the sport now!
