How I Started:
I was a college athlete and always enjoyed pushing my body to its limits to see what it can do. I always admired the size, quickness and strength of an NFL linebacker and wanted that look!
Why I Love It:
The process, desire and passion that comes out when you walk through those gym and refrigerator doors! Breaking down personal workout barriers and seeing my body change week by week. I thoroughly enjoy educating myself on new excersies, workout routines and nutrition ideas. Our bodies are like clay and we are the artists and have the opportunity to mold it to how we envision ourselves.
How I Stay Motivated:
The desire to push my body, dedication and and mind to its limits and the drive to see myself in the mirror how I see myself in I would like to look in my mind. Striving to be my best, becuase anything less is a waste of time. Learning from the successful people around me and continue to make strides forward and never stay stagnant.
Seeing the success of others pushes me to give it nothing less than 110%!
The desire to step on stage with confidence and and prove to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to!
BB Accomplishments:
Just completed my first bodybuilding show and placed 4th in the Novice light-heavyweight division and 6th in the Open division (Obviously have alot more work to do!).
THe unexpected and random.."you look great" comment from someone you do or don't know is always awesome!

Goal (Long):
To put on some size on my upper chest and legs and add thickness to my back. I am trying to put mass on my chest to bring it up to be symetrical with my shoulders and arms...any workout ideas would be great! Also, any calf mass building tips would be awesome!
I would also like to add size and thickness to my hamstrings...again any help would be much appreciated.
I am trying to compete in a natural show in June 2009 and have alot of work to do! Time to get busy!

What contest are you prepping for? My training is GREAT I don't know if I told you that I've been trainig at the Armbrust Pro Gym (owners are Dylan&Heather Armbrust)& I absolutely love it!I may start competing next Spring for BB. Although today I had 2 twisted ribs & 1 S.I.joint adjusted so I feel like a truck hit me but I'll live! Yeah,I'm going to go to Vegas & watch everyone from the gym compete & meet lots of peeps that I know. You should go!!
