How I Started:
Started working out at 17 and turned into a gym gremlin ...there was no going back cure!
Why I Love It:
Working out and eating right makes you feel healthier and sexier. It makes me feel great and is a real confidence booster. Physical improvements give a sence of accomplishment; you kinda want to get better everytime to see the difference. I am a bit addicted! When in shape I love to show off my body in beautiful clothes/ bikinis because I can.
How I Stay Motivated:
Most of the time I am self motivated however I am easily bored in the gym so music is my number one friend! I am competitive and have people I don't want to disappoint and that gives me that extra push to work a bit harder. Also I have my size 8 jeans hung up on my door, I see it every bloody day ...going to get back into those badboys again!!!!

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Tredmill is my best friend, but really anything else is good ....love the bike!!!

1) Long or longish distance 5 or 10km or just run an hour either non stop or rest after every 15 min
