I've always looked up to physically strong people and have always wanted to be one of those. I started seriously working around 20 but enjoyed lifting since I was about 15.
Why I Love It:
I just started lifting serious again after a 3 year null. I've always enjoyed staying active throughout my whole life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be one of those guys that all of the kids look at and think wow, I want to be just like him when I grow up. Those type of people have always been my inspiration ever since I was young. Only the strong get respect and I demand respect.

My before pics.. I think I was pushing 235lbs in these. Just started lifting again that day.
Almost done with Ebol and now at 217lbs.. not sure about BF% but it's somewhere near 15% or 16%. I've lost about 18lbs in 2 months while still eating like crazy but not straying from my "healthy" food diet.
Some people have trouble dragging their asses into the gym.. I have trouble dragging mine out of it.
Goal (Long):
"All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Superman and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!"
turkey burgers well heres a little recipe i use turkey mice 3lb 2 big onions chopped 5 cloves of garlic at least lol, crushed 2 hot fresh chille peppers finely chopped 1 red pepper diced 5 egg whites 200g of cooked rice 200g is the weight after its cooked you can use yams instead of rice as a...
This is a roughly what I do, I switch the exercises around a lot so that my body doesn't get used to them. I don't use the same machines/dumbells/barbells or the same movements either. I also do 60 negative dips and 60 negative chins (10 sets of 6 each supersetting dips and chins) twice a...
Whatsup man... yes, I did physical therapy which didn't do jack for my chronic pain, I'm currently doing rehab, which is basically just fancy machines to strengthen the neck and (hopefully) somehow balance things out. I also have low test / low GF levels (could be connection there). I go to the chiro, massage, and accupuncture as needed. All of these really relax me which helps... the tens unit (electric shocks) REALLY REALLY seems to help.
Good luck
Thanks for the comment in my gallery bud! Yeah that's definitely my best pic ever lol. Looks like you're making good progress - you have a nice "V" taper and some thick pecs. Amazing what a proper diet can do!
Thanks for the comments! Simple answer to your question with your diet and work-out plan the only thing left is time... maybe more cardio. And you're right, don't be fooled by waterweight losses (having wrestled I could tell horror stories on that...)
