How I Started:
Got started while playing football in High school. After playing in college and quitting do to injury, no I am working on my own goals to improve my fitness and body sculpting.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of how I feel when I am done and look in the mirror. It inspires confidence and helps in just about every aspect of your life. Even at work I have increased energy levels and find myself to be more valuable to my employers.
How I Stay Motivated:
I get up and look in the mirror and remind myself of my goals by writing them down and hanging them next to the mirro.
BB Accomplishments:
Before I started playing football I was 5'3" 175 pounds with little muscle mass. After 3 years of football and lifting I grew to 5'11" and grew to 180 pounds. Hard work pays off, and the solid body I built helped on the field.

Goal (Long):
I want to Break the 300 pound plateau on Bench press and break over 400 on Squat. I want to bring myself back to a 5 minute mile and lower my body fat to 11%. I would like to look like I belong on the cover of Mens Fitness. But most of all I want to graduate from college as a part of the championship Intramural football team at my college and I will do anything it takes to meet my goals so I can maximize my ability to do so.
