i am a leanish, lanky kinda person, but i really lacked the upper body strength. so i look like someone with chicken arms.. Yuk!
I wanted to change my body, but i need to change my mind..
Why I Love It:
I love see the change in my body.
I love the journey
How I Stay Motivated:
Positives
Seeing people and seeing transformations..
Meeting and talking to people who have had change (really inspiring)
have an idea of what good looks like
Negatives
Take a photo of my big lard arse
Take a photo of me eating something
1. Im a tallish kinda person 6ft, so my arms are way too lean. My short term goal 09 is to bulk up in the arm department.
2. I also need to drop a bit of weight, just the puppy fat. so i need to come back to around 15%. love to be in the 10% but for now the puppy fat need to go.
3. Im Naming my elliptical trainer 'Heather' its nice and easy on the ears and she is murder on the legs and heart..LOL
Her amazing transformation (nothing fancy just weight loss),
Great workout ethic (Go hard or go home)
Veronique isnt a lycra princess, stuting around but just getting on with life, Nice work V.
Well its been my observation that countless women on this website have complained about receiving the wrong kind of words.. Well I thought it would be nice to set the record straight what is a compliment and what Is a sleazy...
That's great. I'm sure you came back full of energy to continue your relationship with Heather. 300km! Wow. Well done. Me? I'm holding out for some summer... it's time. Bring on the sunshine... and dammit bring on Christmas! :)
LOL, i'm hearing ya stuie, training kicks my ass but the payoff is good. Into a "peak" phase, trying to get some definition and seperation, and begining to lean out. Dropped a kilo over the past week! Most hate bulking but i'd have to say its my favourite phase. Lift heavy and eat s**tloads, BADA$$!
Hey Stuie. Hope you had a great birthday. Thank you for the inspiration message! Very cool! But I am thinking of changing to lycra... I hear it's really good for showing off rippling muscles. ;)
