When I Started:
How I Started:
my dad gave me some 15 pound weights when i was in sixth grade. i would play with them for hours. all through high school when i wasnt wrestling i was lifting and competing in local lifting competitions and now im looking forward to body building.
Why I Love It:
i feel strong, almost pwerful. After wrestling for so long ive become addicted to conquering challenges, knowing that through hard work i can be the best. i also love to feel healthy and believe that people should strive to be all they can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
i pretend im still training for that state title. My coach also aleays told me, "THere can be no significant change without a great deal of pain." i will carry that statement with me forever.
What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
well right now im in love with Pita Pizza's. I usewhats below. some times i elaborate on it. A cooking stone makes this tast best cooked at 400 deg. fro about 10-15 min.
-Whole wheat pita bread
-6oz of grilled chicken
Low fat Mazzarella cheese
-pepperoni's( if you find the right kind its only 100cal for 15 and you only eat like 5)
-spinage leaves
-Classico sauce
-Olive oil

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The guy who asks to jump in just so that he can show you he can lift more. Especialy when they do it wrong.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
athletic shorts and a cut-off-T. I like the cut off when its arm day because i hate it when you get your pump going and the sleeves are to tight. But i do wear regular shirts every other day and somtimes spandex shorts.athletic shorts and a cut-off-T. What can I say after all that? lol You're an athlete. I'm just an average guy that works, goes to the gym and get inspired by people like you. Now, seriously. That was amazing. I hope you continue doing this. Well, I've been lifting for almost 6 years now. I didn't took much care of my legs -- I'm doing so now and they're growing fast. I'm happy for that. Just trying a bunch of new stuff. This week I'm starting a new routine -- doing each body part once a week.
I'm pretty messed up with that. Like 5 exercises for chest, each with 12 reps, 5 sets. I had to pull lots of weights down and that's sad. I don't like doing it. But these are changes, right? lol Anyways I think you're amazing and I bet we gonna be good friends around here. If you'd like I can present you some good friends of mine here too. People that, like you, really care about bodybuilding and its lifestyle and love lifting AND talking about it! Peace.
Kail, it's great to meat people like you here. Masters of bodybuilding like you have been helping me get out of plateau and grow more muscle. I'm happy to have you as friend. Congrats on your body shape. Can you tell me a bit of your story with bodybuilding? How long have you been working out and what are your wishes for the future? Peace.
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
