How I Started:
Had had a personal trainer who was RIPPEd. was a bodybuilder, but he was told to only work on my with strengthening and endurance, and reduce any bulk. I really wanted bulk but never gained any. Now, after several years off of that triner im workign out in a class full of guys i know with a trainer and its a really great environment and i really just love lifting. I still have been trying to optimize the amount of bulk i gain with a tight schedule and very little time with weights.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because the guys i work out with are super chill and its always fun to have a little friendly competition. Not to muntion ladies love to feel my muscles. I go to parties and girls ask me to take my shirt off. Lifting just helps my confidence a lot.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've got my buddies. Greg is my main lifting buddy and we're always pushing each other to do more reps or up the weight. he's a real chill dude.
