Hey man, hows it going? the sp250 is going well - some stomach/gas issues but about the same as I got from the blackpowder... I reckon its definitely worth a go, I'm using it with sizeon and its crazy the workouts + recovery time is thru the roof!

I get it from mrsupplement.com.au its still not cheap but better than the rrp, it's 109 there at the moment... I'm taking a week off it then trying superpump 250 staked with their sizeon, be interesting to see what that does for me...
