I have recently joined a second gym that is near my work and is open 24hrs so that when I work that I can still get in to train. It is a very commercial gym full of mainly machines and cardio and only one barbell (what's up with that???) but it does have a good set of dumbells every 2kg all the...

Hey man, hows your training going? I just had my first workout using blackpowder... wholey sh!t, I never would have thought a supp could make that much instant difference, I lifted more and had shorter rests, still wanted to keep going at the end but had to get back to work!! Now I just gotta get used to using a comercial gym :-/

Ryan how are you???!! How is your training going.. Mine is going well. A few ups and downs but never GIVE IN!! Getting stronger. Benched my PB on the smith today (40kg) and on the leg press the other day too (160kg). Woohoo!!! Anyhow, just wanting to say hi and to let you know, yes, I am still around! SA :)

lol! you have an eagle eye! I haven't gotten any shorter, lol! I hear you about the weather - we have 3 to 4 months of summer weather here in the midwest, so every day counts - even the rainy ones! Training is good though for you?
