I have always like fitness. But I was in great shape till i was about 26 then got ptsd. Now I'm trying to get it back
for health and a little for look.
Why I Love It:
I love working out. Because it makes me feel better,and healthier. I'm 38 I'm starting out again pretty old. But I feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
not looking like a beach ball helps alot

Well my goal was to get a 300 pound bench and I did it! Now my new goal is to lose more weight and get a 315 bench press

I have got one of my goals i did a 300 pound bench now i want 315!
Goal (Long):
Well I started out in july of 2006 and weighed 302 pounds. I'm also a diabetic and my lipped profile was crazy. But now I have lost 58 pounds and working on more I feel great and my lipped profile is great now and the DRs say the can not even tell I have diabetes.
Consitency is the key to losing weight and adding muscle, just keep at it bro. 36 ain't that old I'll be 38 in a couple of days and I havent felt this good in years after taking a year off from dieting and training.
ok im 15 i used 2 take GNC whey protein i had a dietician for a few weeks and she sed to stop takin GNC products she explained 2 me iwas wasting my money because GNC does not test there poducts all of there tests are biased bcas GNC pays for them switch to the same product but w a diff company
