rbempire You got good size on you. Its just a matter of carving out those muscles. Spend some time working on your nutrition. Cutting out sugar has been a help to me so far. Then start adding in your training with cardio. The weight will come off with time. Its just a matter of being dedicated to the process. You got that dedication, i'm sure of it bro. Keep me posted.
