Monday- Back and bis (t-bar rows! my favorite!)
Tuesday- Legs (zercher squats! also my favite!)
Wednesday- Chest, shoulders, triceps (Going for heavier and heavier bench press)
Thursday- Abs, calves, cardio (bleh....cardio....)
Friday- legs and lower back....mainly deadlifts....also add some forearm stuff just to keep on top of that
Saturday- rest/cardio
Sunday- rest/cardio
