My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Always trying to lift heavier and heavier. Love being that girl going for strength

Monday- Back and bis   (t-bar rows! my favorite!)

Tuesday- Legs (zercher squats! also my favite!)

Wednesday- Chest, shoulders, triceps (Going for heavier and heavier bench press)

Thursday- Abs, calves, cardio   (bleh....cardio....)

Friday- legs and lower back....mainly deadlifts....also add some forearm stuff just to keep on top of that

Saturday- rest/cardio

Sunday- rest/cardio

Dude, I ripped my callous off on the bar last week, it hurt like a bastard and left blood on the bar I was like damn...but I cleaned it up, I sure as hell wouldn't want to use a bar with blood on it lol. 434AT3M3 I thought PF did not allow deadlifting...I am glad you are getting them in. Deadlifts are my favorite exercise. They are a true test of raw power...picking up a heavy barbell from a dead stop. Great job! Stay strong and Lift Strong!!! Feb 27, 2013 2:18pm

I worked 70 hours last week so I didn't have much time for anything else other than sleep, it sucked, I even had to miss some workouts:( Got some deadlift in this sat tho and ripped the **** out of my hand lol, left some blood on the bar!
