By mid July, I am a complete cardio and health nut. I'm cut but looking at myself decide I need to mass up then cut again.

Finally broke my goal weight, and with over a month to spare. This is 2 weeks into my German Volume Training program. 2 more weeks to go, 220 in my sights.

Back Double Biceps- 224 lbs.

This is the heaviest I have ever been, 224 lbs. Can see and feel thickness in my back and chest, but most of my gains went to my wheels.
