How I Started:
I learned the basics in high school, from my football coach, to whom I am forever grateful. I became a huge fan of the muscle mags, mainly Muscle & Fitness. Took to bodybuilding and working out like a fish to water.
Why I Love It:
I am, by nature, a bit of an obsessive person, and the way working out makes me feel is the main reason I love it. I love seeing and living the results of my hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering how hungry I was in the beginning. How badly I wanted to change. Just knowing that my sacrifice is paying off. Researching and learning about bodybuilding always gets me fired up.

Improve, improve, improve. To always better myself and find spiritual healing along that journey.
Goal (Long):
My football coach once said "Don't worry about what is going on around you. Concern yourself only with what you do. You have no control over anybody else, only yourself." I've taken this as a valuble life's lesson. My only true competition is myself. Every workout has to better than the last. Every year I want to look at myself and see the improvements I've made. When I step on stage, I will be at peace, knowing I have already done everything I possibly could to be at my best. This inner peace has lead me to believe there is a highly spiritual side to all of this. When you push your body to and past its limits, there is an inner healing that cannot be described. Serenity for the soul.
By far the best training partner I have ever had. She always pushed me past limits and knows how to help me kick my intensity up a few notches. Truly very knowledgeable when it comes to resistance training and uses textbook form. I have tried to model my own form and workout tempo after her and it is working wonders. I am glad you are back in the game, Vixxen.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
N.O. products to crank up energy levels as well as pump and stretch the muscles from the inside. Glutamine for recovery, BCAA's for muscle preservation/building. Usually I will also drink 20g of whey protein so I have that running through my system while everything is pumping.N.O. products to crank up energy levels as well as pump and stretch the muscles from the inside. I am looking for one during the early summer. Do you know any good sites to look. It would be awesome if we entered the same one...You'll be ready by then for sure! (-;
Haha... Things a going great! I'm 6.5 weeks in with about 6 weeks to go. I have taken your advise, but def not at the gym. I can't do it, lol. It fun when you can actually see what you're flexing, HA. How are things going for you? Are you ready?
No, not yet... I'm focusing on diet right now. There are so many different types of poses. YIKES. Too,depends on the type of competition, for women, as to whether they want open or closed hands. It's so complicated. Have you?
Hey, I'm lucky to have survived the flooding without major damage, but it was really bad...Hope you survived too!
Yes sir, I am. What dates are you shooting for? Your looking amazing and way more defined!! AWESOME!
Hey big man - shooting for a local show called the Mid-Florida Classic. June of next year. your quads have really thickened man. what did you hit them with? keep doing it to it bro!

Haha..looks like you def don't need any advice on muscle density from me or anybody else. I believe you got it covered. You're MASSIVE dude!! Love those cannons.....
Thank you SO much... I dont have a date yet, but if you hear of any novice comps coming to GA please let me know... I'd love to have date in mind and something to work towards. You look great as well. Amazing transformation!
