Background
I learned the basics in high school, from my football coach, to whom I am forever grateful. I became a huge fan of the muscle mags, mainly Muscle & Fitness. Took to bodybuilding and working out like a fish to water.
I am, by nature, a bit of an obsessive person, and the way working out makes me feel is the main reason I love it. I love seeing and living the results of my hard work.

Retrospect- 12 Week Challenge
Posted in Status : Apr 07, 2011 1:19pmWhere do I begin describing my journey? How could I possibly quantify this whole experience and do it justice? I admit that upon completion of this challenge I drew a complete blank. It has taken a lot of contemplation and evaluation to even begin. I feel it was a complete success, as I surpassed my own expectations, both on the scale and in the mirror. To understand the components of this transformation success, we should go into the four pillars that comprised my program; training, nutrition, discipline, and determination.
