Joined a local gym with a friend to lose a few lbs. and got hooked. Started at a fat 210 got down to 160 in 5-6 months.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Only on the last rep sometimes. I laugh at people that do it for every rep.

Sticking to CHA still! Just had a t-bone steak during the superbowl at my brother's house. Resisted the rice, beans, chips and cookies.

Workout Program:
Doing the C.H.A cutting workout program. The additional reps on most sets are done rest-pause style. Aiming for 15 reps/set. Once I can do 15 reps on both sets of each exercise I add weight.

awweee good, omg that's adorable ahha :):) i use to lift fridges and stuff with my dad younger than 9 then i started benching and doing situps at 9 haha :) my mom got me into actually lifting
