Wow, check out those guns!
I've been busting my @$$ to make sure I don't have a repeat of last year's fall holidays fiasco where I lost ten pounds. I'm at 156.2, which is less than a pound from my all time high. Very pleased.

I got this far on my own. Taken before I joined the gym. 139 pounds, 12.8% bodyfat. At the time I actually thought I looked pretty good. Good lord what was I thinking?

I was very surprised when I compared this photo to the one on 8-11-07. Honestly I thought my chest had only changed a little since I started training but it looks very different in these two photos. Make sure you take progress pictures! I'm glad I did. It's very motivating when you see hard work paying off.

Ok, now I'm up to 152.5 which is more than I've ever weighed. Unfortunately I'm about to hit a two week stretch for Christmas where I most likely won't get to work out or eat properly. Knowing me I'll probably drop weight. :-(

I knew it! Another holiday, another two pounds of hard earned gains lost. [going to go smash my head against a wall repeatedly] :-) Was able to squeeze in one workout before New Year's madness starts. Going back to my normal routine on 1/3/08! 150.2 lbs

I took a little over a week off in Feb for a vacation. I tried desperately not to lose weight and ...... I lost weight. blah. I'm just now getting back to where I was. I am excited I am seeing progress with the arms. 153 lbs

I actually took a very short vacation from lifting (my first since Christmas!). I tried not to lose weight and I of course lost two pounds. At least I'm consistent with that. Ugh. Whatever, time to get back to work. 153 lbs

I tend to be hard on myself and feel like I'm a slacker on leg day (probably because I hate it so much)....but I am seeing improvement in the wheels I think.

Ughhhhhhhhhhh. November was a complete disaster training, diet, and health wise. I also kept alive my tradition of losing weight over Thanksgiving. I'm now lighter than I've been in over a year. :( 147.5 lbs Time to get back to work!

Holy crap I was happy when I saw this. Right now I'm five pounds less than where I was a month or two ago, but there's still quite a difference from where my arms were last year.

So *HAPPY* to be back to my regular routine after WAY too much time off. I didn't weigh myself after International Chest Day because it would have just killed the mood. I'm definitely under 150. Time to start eating right again!

I have mixed feelings at the moment. I'm pissed that I've lost so much weight since November. On the other hand I feel great and I haven't lost much strength. Glad to be back to work! 147.5 lbs
