How I Started:
After highschool a lot of my friends went away to school and I stayed home. I decided to join a gym and I havent stopped since.
Why I Love It:
The number one reason is the way it makes me feel. Some people use drugs, some are ufc fighters, some use food. I use working out as m release and as my getaway. It totally clears my head of everything that stresses me out and makes me feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by peoples compliments. I feel if i stop ill let people down who when they see me expect me to be muscular. I also use music and the days stressful events to get me in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I have not competed but i just feel blesses to be able to work out and to better my body. I think any one who actually dedicates themseleves to a program and stays with it, is an accomplishment in itself. You dont have to compete to accomplish a better body, mind or attitude that you get from exercise.

Can anyone please help me bring up my calves, my upper body is growing fast but my calves aren't. I work on them every other day. I'v been doing that for the past 3 month but they just got stronger and didnt grow at all. Help me please
