I am still on the grind man trying to get ready for spring/summer and have a half decent beach body..lol I had a two week set back out with sinus infection and bronchitus (think I mispelled that..lol) anyway i am good now. chasenva Workouts are mostly based on high intensity and constantly keeping stress on the muscle they way i see it the longer break you take between sets the longer it takes to break down the muscle group so i like to stick to about 15 to 30 seconds between sets and no more than a minute and a half between workouts Mar 16, 2013 10:51am
