How I Started:
I've always loved martial arts and my buddy found a place to train mma near me so i decided to check it out and got to the point where I liked cardio and lifting too
Why I Love It:
I belive there is always room for improvement with my body and I want the positve attention that comes with a respectable body plus it helps me get my mind off stuff
How I Stay Motivated:
girls lol, people I see that are very over weight, when I get on this website I see transformations and that really helps me

I just finished my wrestling season and I am now trying to cut weight to box for golden golves association. Every morning I have school, I get up at 5:30 and run for 30 - 45 mins and I will be adavacing the time on my running weekly. after I am done running I eat a small bowl of instant sugar...
