I just was feeling very unattractive when I would look in the mirror & decided one day to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I control who I become and NO ONE can say other wise & its a spiritual thing I can change what I am going through with my mind clear and clean it helps me deal with issues i am currently having in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about making a portfolio for fitness modeling, and getting married on the beach wearing a bikini.
BB Accomplishments:
losing 60lbs. and still working on my goal of 140 lbs.

Breakfast - 5 egg whites
1 serving of starch two corn tortillas with salsa
Mid-morning- 2 turkey muffins OR

Lunch- 5 ounces of lean meat (chicken breast, white meat turkey; white fish like tilapia and orange...
Wow, you got your hands full! You will get through it ;) I decided to do another show (my last one for this year) in September. Hoping i will add a bit more mass and come in heavier.
Oh wow, you have been a busy bee! Just training at the gym hard and now busy with the kids too. Their last day of school was Friday. I will be BUSY! Alright, i better get to bed, just thought i would check up on ya:)
Thanks! Nice to hear from you! Girl, right now my fave meal is chicken and brown rice with spices and hot sauce. Not too much of a selection. I'm already thinking about what to have AFTER the comp. Pizza Hut buffet, here i come!
I recommend a low carb, high protein and high intensity training. It helps to lower you body fat while assist you getting more lean...... The beach is real nice.....

Yeap, I am in the Army, currently deployed to Iraq, I have been here for 14 months, still have one more to go. I was browsing the bodyspace and saw your face on the profile and your look, your eyes got my attention.....
