When I Started:
How I Started:
Long time ago for years then stopped (women :(." Just getting back into it again, because I already know what it can do. Results dont have to show for me to push on right away. I already know they come with time and effort from already being their once in the past.
Why I Love It:
As Arnold once said "The pump is almost better then sex." And the feeling of accomplishment after ever step forward is amazing. Pus it relaxes the mind and body after much more. Theirs not better feeling then the relaxing cool down after you know you worked out great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Ive always have this thing where I never dread ahead. I just do the task at hand. And If my mind wont, I tell my body to just do the task/set at hand. I tell my body to just walk out to the car and go to the gym with no thought. Just do the set your on as best as you can. Dont think about how many you have left. And just keep your mind in each set at hand. As Nike commercials say, Just do it.

Goal (Long):
To surpass the power I had in HS. Which was pretty good. Like I said I was only 132 then, and hitting weights such as 260 on bench. With newer supplements and more natural weight from getting older (now 156,) I feel I can do this. Plus I want to feel healthier and better about myself.

I want to GAIN 15 lb

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I still ride the bikes some, but no racing of motocross. I used to race. And I used to Snow Ski when I had the time. Now that im getting older, I just play pool. And im thinking about getting into racing RC cars (something I did for a little way back.) Hopefully working out again will help with more energy to do these things more efficient.
