O.k. this is how i looked 11 years ago and 240lbs....i have worked very hard to get to where i am now!! And have done it all as a single mom of two amazing kids!!

After loosing the first 50lbs i was starting to restore my self esteem and starting to feel sexy dispite still being overweight. I think it is so important for women to recognize their beauty no matter what their size...and that by positive self love...they can really continue to succeed and reach their goals!!!

At the 10 week out mark! I know i'm in a dress in this pic...but you can see the cuts in my back and calves really coming through! Ill post more progress pics at the end of this week in my kini! Cardio just hit high gear...so there should be more obvious changes in the next week!! To be continued....

My triceps are really starting to rock now!! They are one of my stronger muscles...with tricep overhead extensions at 45lbs and tri pushdowns at 100lbs!! Now...to get the abs looking as good as the arms!

Bicep at 9 weeks out!! I'm excited! My biceps are one of my 'weaker' areas and they are starting to cut a bit and show better now!

9 weeks out! Everything is tightening up!! Today i actually felt like i will make it to where i want to be on stage in 8 weeks!! The weight is still coming off...maybe a bit slow...but the bf is coming off really well right now! Just keep going...going...going....

Right side...this is a better hand placement I think...but i'm using a tripod and timer and WOW is it ever hard to hit the pose dead on in that time! I need to keep practicing!!

Back pose at 3 weeks out...o.k. in all these pics I can TOTALLY see where i need to focus over the next year!! And that part of this learning experience is GREAT!!

One week after show! Still looking pretty lean! Of course 'show day' is the leanest you will EVER be! I have gone up about 5lbs...not too bad! I will have to see how my diet and training go in Japan before I make the final decision with my trainer on the June show!

My bootie has changed DRASTICALLY since CF!! All the squats and crazy things like sprints and box jumps...and i'm gettin an apple bottom!! WHOOOHOOOO now to get the bf back down around it!!

These newest bootie pics are definalty showing the 'apple bottom' effect that all the crossfitting is doing! Last time i dieted down I all but lost my bootie..so its going to be interesting to see how the slower cutting/crossfit and running program do for the bootie/waist ratio this time!! Watch out bikini season...here I come!
