My first introduction to the weight room happened when i was 19 and working out with a former Ms Alberta!!! She introduced me to weights and i was in love!!
Why I Love It:
My passion for lifting weights has lead to becoming a Personal Trainer and being able to help others reach for their goals! I love feeling strong and how my body looks with Goddess Curves!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My two kids (Chel and Gman I could never do it without you two!!) and my super uber fit friend (Doc your are da bomb) keep me motivated!! Wholistic health if very important to me and a healthy body is very much apart of being a whole person!...BOTH my brothers have served in Iraq and watching the strength they have had to survive Iraq, to survive being soldiers...has given me the extra drive to NEVER whine or miss a workout!! They are my hero's!!

When my son was born i was at the end of a bad marriage and let my weight get very high. My biggest accomplishment has been loosing 100lbs and being in the position to compete in my first competion this spring!! Travel to Italy to see the places of my ancestors!!
Get bodyfat down to 14% and maintain. Still deciding on future competitions and swaying more toward Womens Tri Fitness.

I take Ginseng daily!! I also take AdrenaChoice a natural suppliment containing Siberian Ginseng and herbs that help stabalize and support the adrenal glands!

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had a shoulder injury three years ago that knocked back my training for 3 months. And i also dropped a decline bench press bar on my chin doing chin-ups off the bar! What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I love spring!! The weather is so gorgeous and perfect for outdoor workouts!! Not too hot or cold right now! And since my kids are home for Easter break....my daughter and I decided to head to the park for some crossfit with my daughter!!
