My first introduction to the weight room happened when i was 19 and working out with a former Ms Alberta!!! She introduced me to weights and i was in love!!
Why I Love It:
My passion for lifting weights has lead to becoming a Personal Trainer and being able to help others reach for their goals! I love feeling strong and how my body looks with Goddess Curves!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My two kids (Chel and Gman I could never do it without you two!!) and my super uber fit friend (Doc your are da bomb) keep me motivated!! Wholistic health if very important to me and a healthy body is very much apart of being a whole person!...BOTH my brothers have served in Iraq and watching the strength they have had to survive Iraq, to survive being soldiers...has given me the extra drive to NEVER whine or miss a workout!! They are my hero's!!

SABBA Amateur April 5th 2008 - 3rd Place Figure Tall When my son was born i was at the end of a bad marriage and let my weight get very high. My biggest accomplishment has been loosing 100lbs and being in the position to compete in my first competion this spring!!
