Its about now i start to really itch for a workout. Its been 4 days since my last workout, 5 since my last chest day (which will be my day 1 muscle group when i start back).
Im in a war in my head that ive had enough time and i need more time to recover completely. Not just in my chest, but my shoulders arms back legs and abs. I can still feel a hint of soreness in it all.
