Paleo is the way to go! It's as easy as that. I went from 175 to 150 on the 4 hr, and from 150 to almost 130 on the paleo diet.
My nutrition program is pretty simple. Although I want to gain lots of mass, I also want to lose as much fat as possible.
Breakfast
3 whole eggs scrambled, veg and fruit smoothie (1 apple, 1 pear, 1 celery stalk, small handfull of romaine, small handfull of spinich, honey or stevia for sweetness), and a bulletproof style coffee (16 oz coffee (guatemalan beans), 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbps organic peanut butter or almond butter, honey or stevie for sweetness)
Lunch
I usually stick to either steak, chicken or fish with a large glass of v8 juice. I am also often working around lunch time so I'll eat what we have there. I mostly make a large salad with sliced chicken and bacon bits.
Dinner
I don't always have a plan for dinner. I'll eat almost what ever meat is in my fridge. My family does not diet like myself, so most of the time I'm eating leftovers of a protien night. I don't try to avoid pork like the plague, however, I would choose fish, steak or chicken or pork anytime. But if all we have is a roast prok loin, that's my protien for the night.
Snack
I try and keep as much healthy snack around me as possible. We all like to nibble on things here and there. Low sugar fruits like stawberries come in handy. Avacado's are good for a snack as well. One of my favorite snacks is almond butter fudge. I'll mix a 454g jar of almoind butter (2 cups) with a 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, 2 tbsp of all natural flavor extracts and 1 heaping tbsp of coconut oil. My fav is definately maple. You mix it all together very throughly, place the mix in an oiled square pan and into the freezer for an hour. It gives me the impression of eating candy with out the depression that usually follows when you actually break diet.

I am taking Dymatize Z-force every night before bed, Onnit labs T+ before workouts and micronized creatine before workouts. I also take fish oils, flax seed oils and hemp oils.
