My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Fuel the body, Build the body, Fuel the body, Rest the body. REPEAT.
Full Body Workout/Cardio. Big compound lifts to hit every critical spot, which of course, is everywhere!
Shoulders/Biceps/Cardio. Working two of my strong points to start off the week.
Chest/Triceps/Calves/Cardio. Big day of pushing motions. Fucking love it.
Back/Biceps. Big day of pulling motions. Tuesday/Wednesday are huge superset days.
LEG DAY! Need I say more?
Chest/Tricep/Calves/Cardio. Bringing up my week points, Triceps and Calves, and who doesnt want an alpha chest?
Rest/Cardio. Gotta allow the body a day to recover from the hard hitting work that it has been put through.
*Note: 10 - 15 minutes of abdominal work everyday. Including rest day.
