Supplements are a big key in aiding in muscular growth and i like to keep it pretty basic with a post,pre-workout and before bed supplement.

My staple supplements are Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass for post-workout or a meal replacement, ON gold standard 100% Casein for before bed, Genr8 Vitargo for pre and post workout, Allmax creatine,Allmax omega 3 fish oil pills and my ON multi vitamin !

baco_bacon I usually get chicken and a couple (lunch size) cartons of milk. If I'm out of money then I pack some sandwiches and mooch 50 cents from friends for milk also haha! Lunch is around 12:30... I have a protein bar at 9:30 every day too! Nov 7, 2010 12:39am

baco_bacon Haha thanks bro, I actually hardly ever hit my bi's since they get worked so much in pullups/rows/etc but I hit my tri's hard. Compound movement (CGBP etc), followed by a high rep superset of another movement (either after shoulders/or tri exercise) followed by burnout of cables May 2, 2010 10:35am
