My best friend got me started; I stopped for a couple years when I got married, then I got really sick/pale/thin/weak. Couldn't stand it anymore. The Lord wants more for us than that.
Why I Love It:
The feel. I feel physically better...not sick and tired all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I can't stand not doing my best.(10-13-06) I just measured my muscle groups (yikes) (2-1-08)
BB Accomplishments:
Finding out I had a nutrition disorder (Celiac Disease) preventing me from getting nutrients from food. No matter how much I worked out, I didn't have the nutrition to back it up...so no gains were made. I'm starting over from square 1.
heh just seeing how you are doing on your goals. You say you want to surround yourself with people that motivate you, I used music in the begining and then people who were serious about it stated working out with me and it pushed me even more. Just alittle something that helped me get started. Best of luck
