My goal is to have the discipline to have a transformed healthy body and lifestyle for the rest of my life.
Goal (Long):
I have failed at all attempts to build my body. In the Army I had a pretty good healthy body but no discipline as the Army required it. Now that I am discharged from service I want to take my ever growing body (in the wrong ways)and make it into what I have known all along my body can be. I need not only build my body but also learn what healthy is, not proper nutrition is, and a proper training regimen.
Starting to see some differences in the calves today, I still hate leg day but I will say that this body part is starting to take some form. If only I could get my diet down. I will post some pic's of my progress, this Iowa boy needs a tan for sure!
Based on a seven day schedule, my workout week starts on Wednesday. It starts with legs because I don't enjoy legs and I am running out of weights to train them with so I like to get them done. I start lifting at 5:30 am on non work days and 4-4:30 on work days. I have two very small boys right...
Sorry be late reply, I am not sign in more around 3 month due to a lot little business.
Ok. I am typing "overall", it's means all of part our body. Chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder, back, and abdominal.
But to remember, all of them just workout only one variation/style.
Hope it explain.
