When I'm trying to pack on muscle I usually shoot for 4-6 sets of 6-8 reps going as heavy as humanly possible. The last reps I can barely do or can't do at all. If I can get 6 easy I'll up the weight. Keep with the one body part a day. I'll usually throw in a secondary muscle group with the major muscle groups to give it a rest....like chest and bi-ceps, or back and tri-ceps.

Thanks man, I usually just put something together in my head before the show and so far it's worked out.
