My sophomore year in high school we had the option of either taking swimming, gym, or weight room. so i picked weight room.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because it helps me improve my balance and strengths in other sports i enjoy such as hockey, swimming,boarding and cycling

When I'm trying to pack on muscle I usually shoot for 4-6 sets of 6-8 reps going as heavy as humanly possible. The last reps I can barely do or can't do at all. If I can get 6 easy I'll up the weight. Keep with the one body part a day. I'll usually throw in a secondary muscle group with the major muscle groups to give it a rest....like chest and bi-ceps, or back and tri-ceps.
