How I Started: I want to get back in shape, lose fat & gain muscle. The long term goal is to live a healthier lifestyle.

I am new at all this & I am on here for help, motivation & inspiration.
Why I Love It: To be honest I have seen the results that HARD work can do, so I guess that got me hooked on working out. I also know that I have ALOT more hard work to do to get to my target weight.
How I Stay Motivated: I just keep telling myself, "I dont want to end up like my father"

And this website. I at times need to be motivated & looking at all the hard work that others have done, helps me see that I have to keep working out!
BB Accomplishments: Lost about 40 pounds of fat & gained about 7 pounds of lean muscle since April 2007.
