always had an on off relationship with training!!! Just dealing with a break up, so what better time and incentive to try get back on the wagon and make a change for the positive
Why I Love It:
I used to have a really quick metabolism, so much so, that I could see minor changes the a day or two after training. Not sure if that'll be the same now I'm over 30!!!
I'm one of those 'fat' skinny guys. Used to train alot until a few yrs ago. Moved in with someone, got comfortable. Not with that person anymore so the long journey back begins!!!!
