How I Started:
I was overweight as a child growing up, and the constant jeers and humiliation from my peers was too much to handle. I signed up for weight watchers, began studying the art or Kempo Karate, and started working out. The rest is history.
Why I Love It:
To keep in shape. To keep healthy. To feel good on the inside as well as the outside. Bodybuilding is a never ending quest for the body and mind, and I love every minute of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
My number one motivation is myself. I love trying to beat my own personal bests, and even though it may seem to take forever, the one day that you finally rack a few more pounds on the bar or stretch the tape a few more cm, make all the struggles, hard work, and sacrifices worth while.
Just starting out. I was 14 and got real skiny from weight watchers after being extreamly heavy all my life. I didn't like being fat and i didnt' liek being skinny. I decided it was time to start lifting.
