The 12-week Body for Life program allowed my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and myself to achieve much-needed body transformations. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat during those 12 weeks we were following the Body for Life program. How is Stina doing? I followed my own advise re: the jump rope and now my knees are sore. Hot yoga and the power ball class are fat burning crushers without killing my knees, but it's tough with kids. I am starting to know enough of the yoga I can do it at home now which is pretty cool. Kids plus soccer plus job plus plus makes it hard to get the work in every day. Great to hear from; have a great weekend.
