Overall Goal: I havent been focused for a while now. I felt uncomfortable going to the gym. I switched to an all women gym "shapes" yesterday. I was impressed with my measurements because I hadnt been doing anything. I'm going to do my best to keep track of myself

I really need to stick with this. I'm excited. I enrolled my daughter as well for the extra push. Yeah me!!!!

I want to be healthy. I want to be comfortable in anything or nothing. I am going to be healthy. I am also going to be comfortable in my own skin!
I have made a few small changes that I feel are giving me a big impact. I joined shapes gym (women only for those who dont know). I have stopped going to McDonalds "EVERYDAY" for sweet tea and sometimes food. I dont eat out at lunch time either instead I goto the gym. I do about 20 to...

THATS GREAT TO HEAR hun...As long as we motivate each other we are GOOD to go..lol..anyways as for me ive been doing great i lost a couple of inches off my hips and waist,and i lost some more weight,im watching what im eating also and i motivate my ownself to hit da gym, because NOBODY cares about YOU but YOURSELF...but stay in there hun.WE CAN DO IT,keep track of ur progress n ill keep track of mine n we can MOTIVATE each others progress..IM proud of u...luv ya gurlie!~UR ISLANDGIRL~

Well Im rooting for you as well! Keep the focus and monitor yourself to know what works and what needs to be changed. I do the same thing to this day and it works! "Train Hard, Play Harder"
