How I Started:
For sports and also all my friends were working out so went with the flow. Was about 6' and 140 lbs when I started training around 19-20 yrs old.
Why I Love It:
Look & feel good on both the inside and out. Like the artistic aspect that you can mold & shape your body through specific excercise & diet.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding is in the blood, once you get bit your hooked. 50 yrs old and Still n' shape!

Nothing yet... FYI- Profie picture was in my mid 20's need to update, all natural of course, would do it no other way.
