How I Started:
Was overweight in HS, started working front desk at Lifetime Fitness in 2001. Started messing around and losing weight. It felt good. I continued to learn and grow, I became in great shape. I became a PT/Body builder and helped others do the same. I lost track of my goals and gained a stupid amount of weight.

Yeah man, 175 has been my big goal for a long time. I was 175 a few years ago, albeit at a higher bf%, but then I spent some time in the hospital twice and lost like 30 pounds. I'm gonna cut up a little bit this summer and then hopefully hit 175 by the end of the year.
He just gave an opinion no matter how crazy it may be, he has the right to it, as long as he didn't come off with some racist rant I'll just ignore it. The people spoke, including Republicans and now we have the right man in office.
