I used to get picked on alot and my senior year I took weight lifting for fun. I ended up getting good at it while running track.
Why I Love It:
I love when people make remarks about my physique. Stop, stare, and drool is what I go for. I want to go swimming this year with the confidence I used to have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont really, but now I workout with 2 other guys. I almost made a bet that I was going to lose. Once I gain some energy .. that will let me know to keep on working out.
BB Accomplishments:
My war wounds on my shoulders. Being able to lift up 220 while only weighing 180lbs.
th e liver converts stored energy to fat.
its other duty is to pick up slack of the kidneys.
make your liver happy.. drink water.

i feel like i'm not losing anything
THANK GOD FOR KETO
180 in the night time after muay thai..
I don't look like i'm getting smaller.. more so just gettign rounded. :|
I hate looking small but I understand how keto is working now.. i think?
Oh, I'm not giving up bro. When I run all I think is (in a p.diddy voice)"Can't stop, won't stop" I'll make it. If not the 23rd, a few days thereafter...
I'm still really close to 200lbs. I might not make it before the 23rd, but I will make it soon after. I ran a halfmarathon lastnight and lost alot of waterweight, but I'm also hurting, so I don't know if I'll be working out for a few days.
hey man, I'm in the same boat as you. tyring to lose some poundage. I'm built just like you are, but I have love handles. I'm currently trying to cardio them off. Good luck man and keep it up!
Just stay consistent my friend and you'll see results again. Don't get discouraged by the numbers.. I'm sure your body is changing. Sometimes it's hard to see it by oneself!
Thank you for your comment, it really means a lot to me! (and he's not a man - just a boy :-)) And he's the fuel to feed my fire! Today I'm doing so much better! How are you doing? How is the goal comming along?
I sure will be around to watch your success! If you are concerned about morningcardio eating at your muscles, consider taking a small amout of proteinpowder or something before. I've heard that can help a lot, especially if you plan to do cardio for a long time. But I think you need to shake up your cardio.. push a little harder and I'm sure you'll be great! Anyway, congrats on your progress so far - what you've accomplished is inspiring to me! Let's stay in touch! :-) jelli
