I need help! My mind changes everyday about what to do about my training. I do want to become very big, but i also want to be nice and ripped. I want my sixpack so shall i continue doing plenty of cardio and watching my calorie intake, but im trying to get bigger so should i not bother doing...

With a back becoming thick and ripped esp. on upper back with the good lats and solid work on delts, biceps/triceps and forearms I think the work SKINNY can be replaced by lean tightly muscled. Continued success with goals. Andre
