I have read magazines and books about working out since I was 15. I have never really comitted to it 100%, that is why I started a BodySpace. You can't lie to yourself with the progress tracker and pictures. Im hoping that and the great people on it will help me stay motivated.

What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
130-145. A professional Bodybuilder told me I was doing to high of an intensity, so I have tried to stay a little lower.

Thanks bro..I appreciate it..I was about 163-165 in that pic..That was taken at a photoshoot last winter. I will say I am not that ripped right now, and about to lose it all as I bulk for 16 weeks.. Thanks again, Steve
