I played soccer all my life about 15 lbs over weight for most of high school...senior year i tore my acl, and tacked on quite a few lbs......I saw myself in pictures and just had to lose weight....i went from 225 to 152 in about 7 months...since then ive been trying to put on muscle with as little fat as possible and now im up to 177lbs
Why I Love It:
I love working out simply because i can push my body to the limit, i can leave anything in my life at the door, and for that hour or so, my life is perfect
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends giving me compliments

losing 60lbs, then putting on 25lbs of muscle

Todays work out was great. HAD A TREMENDOUS PUMP TODAY idk why, but for some reason my arms looked HUYUGE after my workout haha. Overall i had one of my best arms days ever. Mynew job at the gym as assistant manager is great, i work 9-12 get a 3 hour break....can you say...

i just want a little tip.
ive been working tremendously hard for a month now to transform my body. so far, so good. ive lost 15lbs of fat during the first month. im doing both cardio and heavy lifting everyday (5days/week).... how about you? what did u do to lose 60lbs in 7months? and it didint seem that you JUST lose weight.. youre pretty muscular and defined, too. please contact me bro. i need all the help i could get.
Get those professional pics taken as soon as you can, build that portfolio, and then start sending out to agencies. Just got to get your name out there, any way you can..people need to SEE YOU!

I like your attitude regarding athletics; too many young bodybuilders tend to downplay how athletics come first, physique shape comes second. I think we'd have a lot of similar viewpoints.
