Background
Until the age of 21 I was 130 lbs, looking like pure hell with skin and bones.. One day I stepped in the gym and from that moment on, I never stopped going..After a couple years of not having a clue of what I was doing and constantly overtraining..I began to expand my knowledge with Health and Fitness Magazines, such as Musclemag and Flex..I took Workout & Nutritional info and put them to use..I began to see results immediately. I then expanded my knowledge with personal training documents etc..Eventually I found Bodybuilding.com and Bodyspace and found this to be a great motivator in what I was hoping to accomplish.. Today I have reached my all time goal of helping other individuals stay away from mistakes I made..I want to get you off on the right foot with training and not waste several years as I did.. I want to give Bodybuilding.com and the supplement line of Cellucor for giving me the opportunity to take training to a whole new level with the motivation and the supplements offered.. Thanks for all your support, stay focused, motivated and always looking for new goals!
How could you not love walking into a gym, taking control of massive lbs of iron and fighting it on a daily basis, when what you get in return is a better body, better self discipline and a drive that can't be broken.. The iron is my best friend!

I always change around my training style to keep the body shocked and new changes always coming.
My workouts are never the same for more than 5 weeks time. I am constantly coming up with new routines to always shock the body into new growth or new fat burning progression.
One can't use the same workout every single day, week after week or year after year and expect to keep progressing.
The body needs shocked quite often so it doesn't adapt to what you are doing.
If you are in a plateau period, simply switch your workout up and watch your body start to change again.

I personally think supplements play about a 5% roll in how one can progress, as eating plays the highest roll, bringing 80% of ones progress
One of the easiest ways to get in the protein you need per day, whether you are cutting or bulking is to use a protein, I simply choose BSN Syntha 6 or Dymatize Elite XT or Gourmet.
Those both have casein and whey protein in them, which can benefit you for day time or night time use.
I use a pre workout and for that I will always choose one of the following, Cellucor C4 or Cellucor NO Xtreme.
I use a fat burner when cutting hard and that choice is Cellucor Super HD, it stands above all other fat burners I have tried.
Finally, a multie vitamin should be used and I use Optimum Opti-men on a daily basis.

Keys to Shredding Fat!
Posted in Other : Sep 27, 2011 2:00pmWhat people don't understand is that, in my opinion, what you eat brings you at least 80% of your progress.
So if you go in the gym and bust your butt for an hour or 2 and then you don't eat something healthy or you go out and eat garbage, then you have just wasted that time in the gym.
Many people also think it is wise to drop body fat by not eating more than 2 times a day...
