Starting my gym quest to gain at least 20 lbs. Took measurements and and ready to go full force!
Change my workout up, although my wieght stayed around the same since the last update. I added 3x pullups, 3x25 pushups, 5x25 calve raises and abs+ obliques to the end of everyone of my workouts. Also I've lost about 2% body fat.
thanks bro. i actually measured last month. my tris are lacking a lil so that might make my bis look better.

yeah plateaus are tough to get past...im tryin to break 150 rite now and i keep losin a lil then gainin it back but 151 hasnt ever shown up on the scale in the morn...ive taken mass gainers and i still didnt really gain so im gonna just keep pushin and c how that goes, later bro and good luck!
