Machine: Chest Press, Incline Press, Pec-Deck, Shoulder Press(Converging), Single Arm Military Press, Shoulder Press, Triceps Dip, Triceps Extension.
Tuesday:
Machine: Abdominal, Torso Rotation, Leg press(Wide and narrow) Calf Raise(Leg Press). Adductor, Abductor, Lying Leg Curls or Seated Leg Curls, Glutes.
Wednesday:
Machine: Seated Row, Lateral Pull Downs, Front Pull Downs, Diverging Pull Downs, Bicep Preacher Curls, Single Arm Bicep Curls, Bicep Curls
Thursday:
Machine: Abdominal, Torso Rotation, Leg press(Wide and narrow) Calf Raise(Leg Press). Adductor, Abductor, Lying Leg Curls or Seated Leg Curls, Glutes.
Friday:
Machine: Chest Press, Incline Press, Pec-Deck,
Free Weight: Incline Dumbell Chest Press, Seated Shoulder Press, Shrugs, Dumbbell Chest Press, Dumbbell Triceps Extension, Arnold Dumbbell Press, Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl
