Monday:

Machine: Chest Press, Incline Press, Pec-Deck, Shoulder Press(Converging), Single Arm Military Press, Shoulder Press, Triceps Dip, Triceps Extension.

Tuesday:

Machine: Abdominal, Torso Rotation, Leg press(Wide and narrow) Calf Raise(Leg Press). Adductor, Abductor, Lying Leg Curls or Seated Leg Curls, Glutes.

Wednesday:

Machine: Seated Row, Lateral Pull Downs, Front Pull Downs, Diverging Pull Downs, Bicep Preacher Curls, Single Arm Bicep Curls, Bicep Curls

Thursday:

Machine: Abdominal, Torso Rotation, Leg press(Wide and narrow) Calf Raise(Leg Press). Adductor, Abductor, Lying Leg Curls or Seated Leg Curls, Glutes.

Friday:

Machine: Chest Press, Incline Press, Pec-Deck,

  • Thank you ladies for the encouragement. Being that I am not a runner....I am more of a power lifting kind of guy this is a challenge mentally as much as physically. Just want to finish reasonably well.....not that dead last is bad if I do finish....:) Thanks again!!
