How it started.....well being that im not your typical athlete. No real skills more heart then anything. It took me a while, at first I was intimidated. but once my football coach started showing me form, I kind of took off from there. Definatly miss the old Weight room.
Why I Love It:
It allowed me to put my stress and frustration to a constructive use. I love the feeling after im done working out. Sore but its a good sore.
I did squat 300 lbs and at one time I was benching about 225.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its rough but as of late I use people's negativity to push me to do better. I had let someone annoy me to the point I lost my love of it....but im getting it back.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet....but time will tell!

by december 31 id like to lose 40 lbs. Start small and move on from there.ust got to push my self and its harder then I thought!
Goal (Long):
To lose weight as healthy as I can, and with as little injury as possible to be in shape for my sisters big day next year. I was 283.....lowest I have been is 275....just got to push my self harder.
I had started 15 staight week up till I got sick and had to take 2 weeks off to get better. This being the first week back its kind of rough. But getting back at it you see how far you have come that the normal pain of restarting a workout isnt there. Your body isnt tired when you think it is....
Hi Steven, thanks for stopping by and taking the time to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving! I'm late with my reply but thank you, it was great...my family is STILL here and I'm expecting MORE of them today! Holidays are a never-ending time of celebration and visiting in my family! How was YOUR Thanksgiving?
You seem to be doing well and i believe are really on your way. If there is anything that I can ever do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
Keep believing and achieving.
I want to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goals. Following a great exercise, cardio and nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) lose weight and get into the best shape of our lives and in only 12 weeks. Remember: "At first so many of your dreams seem impossible, then they just seem improbable, and then, through your hard work, they soon become inevitable.
Thanks. Best wishes on meeting your own goals. During the holidays it can be even harder so try to stay as focused as possible, but enjoy yourself too.
I'm good. Tired... Not ready for the holidays and the end of quarter at school! Had a wonderful week off for my birthday and now trying to get back into a routine. How are you??
Thats ok, I usually listen to God Smack when I am pissed off and really want to feel the burn. Others would be Bob Marley, Cascada (techno), anything really upbeat that just makes you want to dance. Sometimes I forget where I am and I start dancing in the gym, too funny...
